SHIPPING & INTERNATIONAL ORDER

For orders of $1000.00 or more, jewelry will be shipped fully insured to destinations within the United States via UPS.

For orders of $1000.00 or less, all jewelry will be shipped for $60.00 to destinations within the United States via UPS insured and registered.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do not mail outside USA or territories due to insurance policy.

REPAIRS

South Miami Jewelers will repair your item between 20 days of purchase if there is a defect in the item, we will inspect it and fix it.

RETURNS

South Miami Jewelers will refund your purchase within 10 days of purchase, customer pays shipping and insurance and there will be a 15% restocking fee. If you decide to receive a online or store credit there will be no fees involved.
