Dear valued customers 

• As we comply with our City Mayor’s regulation, we are currently open as of May 18, 2020.
• We have a new schedule:
  

         Tuesday through Friday :10:00-5:00 pm

         Saturday : 10:00-4:00 pm

• Geoffrey & Ericka will be available all working days and all times at the store.  Ursula, our jeweler, will be available Tuesday through Fridays.
• We strongly encourage you to make an appointment during those hours.  You can contact us by email: info@southmiamijewelers.net, send us a text 786-200-0721 or call our store at 305-667-1898.
• Please wear a mask at all times (it is mandatory), gloves are optional.
• We will have sanitizers available throughout the store.
• All of our employees will be wearing masks & gloves at all times.
• Display pieces will be wiped before you try them and steam cleaned.
• Each customer repairs will be placed in a Barbicide container at a time before the jeweler starts working on it.
• There will be three marked spaces where you will be attended.
• If there are already three customers when you arrive we will take your number and ask you to wait outside the store or in your car.  We will call you when you are able to come in.
• Battery replacements: we will take the watch in and ask you to come back in 15 minutes.
• We have acquired a no contact thermometer to use on ourselves every morning before we start work.
